This hacienda-style villa is part of the prestigious and private master-planned Querencia community, with a setting that expertly takes in views of the 16th fairway of a championship golf course, yet also takes in the sweeping natural beauty of the Baja landscape. With four-bedrooms and 3.5-baths, Villa 22 easily accommodates up to eight guests with generous private amenities and unmatched appeal.

A brilliantly designed private courtyard at once welcomes guests to the serenity and exclusiveness of this vacation getaway. An outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating is further complemented by tropical plants and stately columns. The theme carries over to additional outdoor space, complete with an infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and three deck loungers for sitting in the full sun or partially shaded from the afternoon rays. Gaze out over the lush hillside at distant water views or take in the visually appealing contrast of the home's swimming pool as it seemingly flows into the rolling treetops and the blue hue of the sea beyond. A built-in grilling area and outdoor dining table for eight mean additional opportunities to take in the views, while a nearby fire pit with semi-circular lounge seating renders it perhaps the ideal location to watch the sun set at the end of the day over the hilly terrain.

Massive glass doors open, as the indoor/outdoor space virtually becomes one for guests to soak in the beauty of the flawless natural surroundings. Up to eight guests can comfortably dine inside at a more formal dining table underneath a grand chandelier and soaring ceiling. The open space also means relaxing in a comfortable living room without sacrificing the aesthetically pleasing outdoor views. The villa additionally adds a gourmet kitchen, including a breakfast bar with seating, plus four sophisticated bedrooms with soaring ceilings and access to outdoor space.

Staying in the Corridor means heading down to the water and sand for swimming and sunbathing at popular Palmilla Beach or heading up the coast to experience some of the best surfing spots in the area. The location of Querencia Club Villa 22 also means relaxing just a short drive away from the quaint shops and restaurants of San Jose del Cabo. The villa includes free Wi-Fi and maid service every other day. Please note that access to the clubhouse and golf is reserved for members only.
