The six bedrooms provide plenty of room for twelve guests. Even with more than a dozen occupants, Espiritu Casita 101 offers plenty of room to roam. Multiple living spaces include a formal living room, family room, and kitchen all in an open air plan that brings in the stunning outside panoramas. Also count a media room into the mix along with multiple fireplaces, inside and out, to keep a warm mood in motion.

The grounds surrounding this 6,400-square-foot villa bloom in gardens of flowers and greenery, bringing texture and personality to the dazzling sea-view settings. At the edge of the expanse is a sizable infinity pool that seems to cascade into the Sea of Cortez beyond. Surrounding the pool are cushy loungers and chairs, places to simmer, places to immerse, places to snack and sip, and places to dream, enhanced by the shadowy flames of multiple fire pits in the evening hours.
