A relaxing Jacuzzi tub sits alongside a heated swimming pool with a cascading water feature, creating a relaxing space during the heat of the day, or when the sun sets in the evening. Four deck loungers surround the pool, while a separate seating area creates additional space nearby. Grand archways and columns frame a large, shaded section of the outdoor space, complete with an outdoor dining table overlooking the pool and landscaping. Enjoy distant water views of the Sea of Cortez from here, or from another, separately shaded section of outdoor space. Here, you'll discover another outdoor dining table, a gas barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace. There's also an outdoor stereo system for your enjoyment.

Sliding glass doors lead from the outdoors to the indoor space, where you'll find high, wood-beamed ceilings topping a comfortable living room and an indoor dining table. A gourmet kitchen tacks on additional breakfast counter seating, while three of the four bedrooms offer a king-bed, and some also include an ensuite bath. For additional space and privacy, the master bedroom is connected to a den with its own desk and sectional sofa.

The villa also provides several unique luxuries, such as Satellite TV, Crestron/Sonos electronics, free WiFi, and high-speed internet. In addition, there's the advantage of daily maid service, a water purification system, and an included golf cart to comfortably explore the rest of the Palmilla community.
