Casa Tita blew us away. From the beautiful property to the amazing service, no detail was spared. The location was great for the group to get to golf and a short walk down to the beach. 10 out of 10.. would absolutely recommend!

The property was amazing and the staff were incredible! They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. German did and awesome job of finding a Mariachi last minute to celebrate a family member’s birthday and it was an unforgettable moment when they showed up and he was able to make it happen. This in top of the great location and accommodations the property offers. Highly recommend.

I found this listing searching for a rental that could accommodate 13 friends needing separate beds, and booked it based on that. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the management company that handles the rental process and arranges optional additional services. We availed ourselves of chef, bartender, pre-stocking and activity bookings, all of which rounded out the experience and made it an easy and enjoyable stay in Cabo with minimal logistical headaches. I was also happy with the presence of a daily housekeeper, a full time house attendant, and a dedicated concierge to coordinate everything. I am not sure if all bookings get all of those services but that was the icing on the cake in our case. It felt truly white-glove and we didn’t have to lift a finger for anything. By the way, in the Winter whales pass by Punta Ballena (whale point) in an endless succession. You can see them from the patio and hot tub all day long, which is truly amazing.

I cannot recommend enough! We were a large group that rented out a villa for an extended weekend. The villa was beautiful/well maintained and the service was fantastic during our stay and leading up to our stay! Megan on the concierge service coordinated transportation, chefs, groceries and everything you can think of so that I did not have to worry about a single thing other than enjoying myself! Everything went so smooth and all of the staff were so nice and welcoming throughout our entire stay. They really took care of us and made the extra effort to make sure we were happy. I can not recommend enough!

The Sun Cabo team prior to booking and the staff onsite was absolutely amazing! We had 11 girls for a 50th birthday and there was not one single thing that went wrong! Everything from the pre-planning, the arrival, the house (Casa Tita), the staff thru out, communication with concierge team, to the events they helped coordinate! We had the best time and the entire team was super attentive! We highly recommend the house, the location, and the staff! We had a welcome package, daily housekeeping, daily breakfast (a must!), and a daily butler (also a must!), and amazing transportation!! We will definitely be using Sun Cabo again next spring!

First of all, the house is SO much bigger and more sprawling than it appears in the photos. I was shocked at how it felt like a massive boutique hotel. From engaging with the company, the fact that they were available to help us out at all hours, the attention to detail, the food and drinks they made, the cleaning services, the comfortable beds, the location, the level of safety, the view. This was an exceptional experience in every way. All 18 of us felt comfortable and safe and never wanted to leave.

The staff was amazing and Anna was great to work with and it was very easy to communicate and schedule taxis throughout our time there. The Dinner we had at the casa on Sat night was so delicious! This house is AMAZING. It's better referred to as a compound because its HUGE. All of the rooms are amazing and spacious (even the bunk rooms - there was plenty of rooms for adults and their luggage without being cramped). This house provides privacy for those who want it and has great communal spaces. Never felt cramped at all and the views/pool are so great. Punta Ballena as a neighborhood is awesome - quiet and safe. We also took advantage of the beach club which is a 5 minute walk from the house and also checked out the Auberge hotel which is a 10 minute walk away. But the best part is the Sun Cabo staff. They single handedly made our vacation - so helpful, kind, attentive, friendly. Will recommend Sun Cabo to ANYONE and I can't wait to have another reason to book a future vacation through Sun Cabo.

I stayed at this house with 19 girls for my bachelorette party and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The concierge was unbelievably helpful in organizing dinner reservations, airport transfers, stocking the house with groceries, private drivers, chefs, and 4 hour private sailboat. We even got one 15 min complimentary massage. Not to mention the house was gorgeous and huge! The on-site house manager was so sweet and ran a couple errands for us, and the housekeepers were great each morning. The only downside was there was construction next door and the house speakers didn't seem to work out by the pool (so just bring your own speakers!). It was the best experience and I would stay here again hands down.

Breathtaking view and beautiful home. Definitely consider adding the personal chef option. We enjoyed five star meals for every dinner. Sat outside overlooking the sunset with bond fire and music, all together as a family. The additional cost for the at-home-chef service was the greatest investment, considering five star dinners for 10 adults every night. Take a short walk to the club house to enjoy gorgeous views, take amazing photos on the rocks and fascinate the beauty of the ocean. Concierge was exceptionally kind and caring. We will miss this home and service very much. My standard for vacations has officially been raised. Can't wait to book again. Beautiful home, amazing chef, exceptionally kind concierge, the sweetest housekeeper. We felt like royalty. Thank you!

This house was a great value. It is fabulous and very well set up for large groups. It was awesome hanging out in the dining spaces (indoors and out), and then going back to the very private bedrooms so you get the best of both worlds. The 5 master suites are lovely, private, and quiet. Kids bunk beds are all downstairs in the "children's quarters" complete with a ping pong table. Our kids thought this was really awesome and fun. Location is good, not great. It's a few blocks off the water with nothing currently in front of you, but the landscape in front of the house is pretty raw and not that lovely. They are building a new hotel to the one side so there was a lot of construction though it didn't bother us much. At night you can see another hotel close by to the left, though the lights create some nice ambiance in the dark. Views of the ocean are lovely. Proximity to Punta Ballena Beach Club is great and proximity to tennis courts is nice. The whole community is great for walking around and exercising. German (who manages the house daily) is beyond fabulous. He will do anything and everything you want or disappear and be out of the way. He is gracious and charming and so helpful. Chef Pablo and staff are fantastic. They made delicious meals every night and were so fun and friendly. We loved the food and they made whatever we asked. Lovely property, excellent finishes and decor, great appliances and utility in kitchen, well stocked. We were very very happy!
