This five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home truly allows you to enjoy all that Los Cabos has to offer from the privacy and exclusivity of an oceanfront setting.

Mere steps down to the soft sand of the private beach below, the home's name may have been inspired by a large beachfront rock, but this villa truly makes a name for itself as one of the most spectacular oceanfront properties in Los Cabos. While surrounded by towering palm trees and tropical landscaping, it's the uninterrupted ocean views that make this villa so desirable. Relax in one of the eight deck loungers or cool off and refresh in the swimming pool while taking in the views from the privacy of your own villa. The pool offers a child-friendly section, plus there's also a Jacuzzi for the evenings, a fire pit with surrounding seating, an outdoor fireplace, and a blissful waterfall. The grand outdoor space also adds a barbecue and multiple seating areas, while a large palapa shades some outdoor dining space overlooking the waterfront.

Each of the four bedrooms in the main house open up to outdoor space and majestic views, plus the casita provides some additional sleeping space. The home also includes a gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge and counter seating, eight indoor dining chairs, an office, exercise equipment, and a double height living room with large windows and glass doors opening to ocean views. While the stark white exterior and red barrel tile roof were designed to stand out, the interior of the home brings in more neutral hues with pops of occasional blue to complement the nearby sea.

Positioned close to the famed One&Only resort, guests of Casa Roca de Pajaro can indulge in countless nearby dining options and watersports, fishing, boat tours, shopping, and the luxury of ocean views overlooking a swimmable beach. The gated community of Palmilla also means vacationing close to a 27-hole golf course, a world-class tennis club, and being within a short walk of Zippers Surf Break, which is one of the best in Cabo. The villa additionally provides some smart home technology features and the advantage of daily maid service.
