A home of contemporary elegance, Casa de las Risas features rich wood furnishings that juxtapose, and are emboldened by, light tones on the walls and floors. Located in the exclusive Palmilla Caleta community, this luxury villa is known for its clean and open architecture that orients towards the natural surrounding beauty of Cabo, and stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.

Each of the two master bedrooms has been tastefully decorated with natural accents and quality linens. Ensuite washrooms are light and open with a similar contrast of light walls/floors against beautiful dark wood framing and cabinetry, as found throughout this home.

The decor is minimal, thus accentuating the bold and aesthetically pleasing aspects of Casa de las Risas. The open-concept living and dining area opens out onto the spectacularly spacious terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows. Be sure to take advantage of the beautiful gourmet kitchen and all the professional stainless steel appliances it has to offer.

Outside on the lower grass-lined terrace, infinity and plunge pools accompanied by comfortable wood lounge chairs are ready and waiting for you. A dining area, bar, and BBQ are situated in a prime position for the enjoyment of the lovely view. Terraces on the upper and lower levels of Casa de las Risas facilitate ultimate enjoyment of the beautiful vista.

The house has a large TV in the main living area which has live streaming and access to sports games. Four of the five bedrooms also have Smart TVs.

Your booking of Casa de las Risas, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to Palmilla Golf and Tennis. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel.

Casa de las Risas is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: The Palmilla Golf course will be transitioning to a fully private course as of January 2025 and will no longer be available to book without a membership.

AMAZING.
I am a homeowner, of a host of homes in my area, and travel often to rental homes. From the perspective of service, Sun Cabo Property Management company was by far the most detailed, organized, prompt, and friendly I have ever worked with or encountered. When I plan to buy in Cabo, Sun Cabo WILL be my management company. At the onset of the reservation, Irene was so detail oriented and responded so quickly and efficiently with each request, big, small, or just questions. She is so organized. Planning a trip for a group is difficult, but she really made my life so much easier. Anna and the "ground team" were not only so friendly but extremely responsive to every need. Housekeeping was impeccable and respectful. The in-house meals were amazing. Every meal was so so good and timely. Juan with transportation should be on the payroll. He was so incredibly pleasant, on time, and accommodating. A HUGE thank you to the entire Sun Cabo team. To the homeowners: You made the right decision with Sun Cabo: AMAZING.

Amazing property

Amazing Vacation Stay!
We had such a lovely stay at Casa de las Risas! Everything was so wonderful, and we plan on coming back again and again! We enjoyed all the food that Chef Daniel cooked for us; it was delicious and made for a memorable dinner. Anna, the concierge was friendly, professional and ready to help us with anything we needed. Our driver, Carlos, was wonderful as well! Our vacation couldn't have been better.

Steps from the beach in the exclusive community of Palmilla this house was perfect for couples traveling together. The floor plan has great shared space with 4 suites that provide ultimate privacy and views from all! Comfortable beds with down comforters......perfect nights sleep! P.S. Fountain turns off with a with just beside it on wall so you can listen to waves vs fountain at night. The outdoor space is abundant whether you want to all sit by the pool together or find a private spot and enjoy separately. A staircase takes you to a gorgeous beach which you can walk along all the way to town at low tide or run down and grab a quick surf lesson within easy walking distance. if you are a photographer you will love the photo ops. And the whale watching form house was amazing daily! Easy access by car or golf cart to golf, market, restaurants , shopping, swimmable beach and of course the amazing 5 star One and Only Palmilla. Sun Cabo was easy to work with all through the booking process and stay. Our concierge Adrian was fabulous, responded quickly and gave us all the information and assistance we needed in a timely manner which added a great level of service and ease to our trip. We have stayed at several places in region over the last 20 years. We will return to this one and to Sun Cabo! Highly recommend both!!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and super responsive
We had a wonderful stay at the house and everyone we met at the villa (Carolina, Dulce, etc.) were very friendly, helpful, and super responsive. We would request to work with them again. We did have one dinner made at the house and the cooks were very friendly, had dinner ready when we requested it, and the meal was very good. We loved the location of the house - we are glad I ended up choosing this one over the other one we had considered because of its closer proximity to the beach. The layout of the house worked great for 2 families. There were a couple of minor maintenance items associated with the house (nothing major and it did not detract from our stay). I mentioned a couple of those things to Carolina and she said she would tell someone, and Dulce actually came over once in an attempt to fix the hot tub. Also, the outdoor speakers were either not working or maybe there weren't outdoor speakers - I am not sure which - but both Dulce and Carolina brought a speaker that we could plug our phones into, so that wasn't an issue. It was very nice of them! Lastly, Irene was helpful in the registration process ahead of time as well and she was very responsive to emails, phone calls, etc. We will certainly rent the house or a similar house in that neighborhood again!

Perfect
Casa de la Flores was better than we could have ever dreamed of for our honeymoon. We could not have chosen a more wonderful location. We absolutely loved it and hope to return to the same villa soon.
