This 8 bed, 9 and a half bath, estate sleeps up to 15 guests and includes an ample variety of amenities to entertain everyone. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the private terrace that comes with 4 of the bedrooms at Casa Bellamar.

Although almost every bedroom includes a lavish King bed, one includes a Full and 2 Twin beds to maximize space and occupancy! Three of the villa's bedrooms are located in the separate Casita found on the property, which includes plush King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Spend time honing your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel professional appliances. Try playing a quick game of tennis on the property's private court and never miss a workout at Casa Bellamar's a spacious in-house gym!

Whether you plan on gathering by the fire pit, taking a dip in the private pool or hot tub, or even spending a day indoors in the spectacular open-concept living and dining area, there is more than enough entertaining space at Casa Bellamar. Take the staircase off the terrace straight down to the beach! The villa's terrace also offers an unforgettable view of the Sea of Cortez at every angle, from the pool to the luscious and manicured lawns. Everything you need for an unforgettable experience is found at Casa Bellamar!

Nightly rate includes:

  • Full day chef (breakfast, lunch and dinner) cost of food not included
  • Butler service (up to 10 hours), each additional hour is $22.00 USD
  • For groups of 7 guests or more, a chef helper and extra server are required
  • 7 - 12 people One extra helper USD $170.00 per day.
  • 13 - 16 people Two extra helpers USD $340.00 per day.
  • 17 - 18 people Three extra helpers USD $510.00 per day.
  • Rates plus 16% taxes.
