Swim right up to a sunken fire pit seating area, where guests can relax in an almost private lounge space or enjoy the entertainment possibilities of the shaded and circular poolside wet bar, complete with four televisions, so you can take in the enriched landscape from every angle. Soak up the suns rays in complete serenity or plunge into the private swimming pool from one of the dual waterslides descending from the homes immense second level terrace. This terrace of the home is just as grand, with multiple lounge areas and a partially shaded, massive outdoor dining table. The rare addition of a third level terrace adds an elongated fire feature, as well as more seating and outdoor day beds, providing an elevated viewing and lounging experience over the waterfront and the rolling hills.

Massive glass doors open to the interior of the home and its main living space, where white and neutral hues are carried throughout, from the open living room and kitchen to the private bedrooms. The home includes the serenity of seven luxurious bedrooms, each of which comes with its own attached, full bath, and the rarity of a king bed in almost every suite, mostly oriented to take in views of the outdoor space. Watch as the sun comes up for the day or sets over the horizon from the privacy of one of the suites, or from the extensive, multi-level outdoor space. The home also includes its own exercise room, overlooking the pool terrace.
