Alejandro Enriquez brings more than 25 years of experience from top restaurants, hotels, and golf clubs directly to you with a stay at one of our luxury Sun Cabo Vacations villas. Enriquez has been trained by some of the best international companies in his craft, plus he’s also certified in Mezcal, Tequila, and Cuban cigars. He takes some of the freshest ingredients and combines them with his own local expertise to create some of the most amazing food and wine pairings you’ve ever experienced.
It's evident that Enriquez is passionate about wine, food, spirits, and cigars, and he’s extremely talented in coming up with some of the most exceptional menus for villa guests. An In-Villa Tasting is a true experience of its own in Los Cabos, and guests are not only treated to some amazing drinks but are guided through the history and flair of some of Mexico’s most satisfying combinations.
Enriquez offers five main experiences to villa guests, including the Tequila Journey, which pairs five premium Tequilas with chips, salsa, and guacamole. Another option for guests is a half-dozen, limited edition small batch Mezcals, which Enriquez pairs with fruit and cheese. A Mexican Wine Tasting leads guests through Mexico’s wine country sip by sip, complete with four wines and tapas-style, local cuisine.
The Mexican Spirits Adventure takes a half-dozen Artisanal Mexican Spirits, and pairs them with fruit and cheese. Finally, there’s the Mixologist option, which takes high-end liquors and spirits, and offers the opportunity to sample some of the most flavorful cocktail creations from Enriquez with a Latin twist.
Each In-Villa Tasting experience with Enriquez is a bit different, but sure to satisfy those looking for something a bit unique and special on their vacation to Los Cabos, while also taking advantage of the views and the exceptional surroundings.
