The unique design of the project is credited to Gomez Vazquez International architectural firm who also designed the St. Regis Los Cabos just steps away. The buildings are a split into two sections which cascade downhill with a breezeway connection the two sister sections. The foundations of the upper section is a completely enclosed, and safe from the elements, parking garage with two designated spots per residence as well as a large storage locker and outside shaded parking spot for a golf cart.
