Back on the ground level of the home, walls of sliding glass doors surround the villa's living room, as a wood-beamed ceiling tops an L-shaped couch and conversation seating. Directly next to the living area is one of the true statement pieces of the home, this time in the form of a circular glass dining table for six that's virtually a piece of artwork itself. The floorplan next flows to a gourmet kitchen with dual-sided, elongated counter seating, as well as a small bar area and built-in beverage cooler. Distinctive furnishings are found throughout the home, including in some of the villa's private bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms open to the private terrace with ocean views, while the primary bedroom additionally offers the luxury of a step-up, sunken bathtub in its ensuite.
