This luxury villa in Cabo San Lucas is one of the only six-bedroom residences in Palmilla and can accommodate up to 12 guests within its spacious confines.

Villas Del Mar 322 features all the amenities you will need for an unforgettable stay. Its spacious outdoor area, which overlooks the Sea of Cortez, includes a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbeque, fire pit, and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing or reading a good book. If you prefer to stay indoors, the entertainment options at your disposal include a large flatscreen television, DVD player, sound system, and more.

To ensure that you enjoy the ultimate luxury experience during your stay at Villas Del Mar 322, a dedicated butler is on hand to help with any wants and needs you may have. In addition, complimentary housekeeping is provided daily, except on Sundays and Holidays, to ensure that the villa is clean and presentable.

Your stay at Villas Del Mar 322 also comes with access to a private golf cart which you can use to travel to the neighboring One & Only Palmilla luxury resort to dine in one of its internationally-renowned restaurants or spend a relaxing afternoon at the spa. Reservations are required for any dining or spa appointments at the One & Only.

Your booking of this luxury villa, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel.
