Chef Hector Saracho

A passionate chef who has been with Sun Cabo for the last five years, Chef Hector Saracho is a master of traditional Mexican cuisine who also enjoys cooking many different types of dishes from around the world. He is truly at home in the kitchen; he has been involved with the culinary arts since he was around 9 or 10 years old as his mother operated three restaurants while he was growing up in Mazatlán.

With over thirteen years of experience, Chef Hector's inspiration comes from watching clients enjoy all the culinary creations he cooks up using only the freshest and healthiest ingredients. His signature dish is his own special take on the traditional Rajas Poblanas, though he also loves to cook French, Japanese, Lebanese, Indian, and Spanish cuisine. He also specializes in vegetarian cuisine, and is perfect if you are looking for a clean, light, and healthy meal with amazing presentation.
